Founded in 2016, İris Gayrimenkul is a real estate investment company that aims to consciously restore historical buildings in different locations abroad. The focus of their investments is to reintroduce historical buildings to society and preserve them in the most authentic form possible and pass them on to future generations. In line with this mission, it included an important building that is  in the center of Barcelona to its portfolio.
