Founded in 2007, PBA is one of the five investment companies that are shareholders of İnci Holding. PBA, which has grown by diversifying its investments since its establishment, continues to evaluate new investment opportunities both at home and abroad.
In line with its vision of preserving and repurposing historical buildings without altering their essence, PBA established Melek Gayrimenkul in 2016 for domestic investments and Iris Real Estate in 2017 for overseas investments, thereby embarking on real estate investments.
PBA has continued its investments in the agricultural sector, which is critically important both for human life and the national economy. Terra Natura Tarım Ürünleri Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. has created a sustainable model in agriculture by producing organic olives and olive oil, using resources efficiently. It has delivered its products to consumers through its own sales channels and successfully exited from the company established in 2016 with a sale in 2023.
Founded in 2018, Maviden Su Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. continues its operations in aquaculture in the Urla district of İzmir, with an approach that values the environment and nature.
In 2020, Melek Gayrimenkul started operating in the service sector with BonVivant, a meeting point created based on the philosophy of quality and good living.
In 2023, PBA directed its investments towards the industrial technology and information sectors, taking its first step in this field with Mechanica, a company specializing in AI-supported production optimization R&D.
