Perihan İnci

Chairman of the Board of Directors

She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at İnci Holding A.Ş., where she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2013 and 2016. Simultaneously, She is a member of the Board of Directors at Maxion-Jantaş A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at PBA İç ve Dış Tic.A.Ş. and its subsidiaries and Mechanica A.Ş., in which She is an investor. She is a Permanent Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cevdet İnci Foundation.
Between 1996 and 2013, She served as a member of the Board of Directors at İnci Holding and its companies, which mainly operate in the automotive sub-industry.

She worked as a manager in the textile industry between 1987 and 2008.

Perihan İnci, who supports Industry 4.0, digitalization and enterprise projects on the platforms she operates, also holds an Angel Investor certificate.

She has been Board Member of TUSİAD and has been serving as the chairman of the Digital Turkey Round Table for two terms. She is a Board member of TURKONFED for the 2024 term. She is a member of the EBSO Advisory Board. Being a member of MEFTEK Advisory Board, She served as board member of ESİAD ( Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association) and TKYD(Corporate Governance Association of Türkiye), of which she is a member. She is a member of various NGOs such as International Women Challenge (IWEC) and TAIDER.

Perihan İnci who served as Antalya Honorary Consul of Belgium between 1999 and 2010 was awarded by the Kingdom of Belgium as “ “Chevalier de l’Ordre de la Couronne (Knight of the Order of the Crown)” in 2010.

In 2023, She was reappointed as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Izmir.

She graduated from Galatasary High School in 1982,and later graduated from Istanbul University Philosophy Department in 1986. She completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2007.

Arman Ataman

Member of the Board of Directors

He was born in 1992. After graduating from Alpinum Zuoz High School in Switzerland, he graduated from the Department of Marketing and Communications at Emerson College. In 2020, he received his master's degree from the Royal College of Art in London, the capital of the United Kingdom. He worked as Junior Marketing Coordinator at Porsche between 2015 and 2016, and as Project Coordinator at Iris Gayrimenkul between 2017 and 2018.

He joined the PBA team in 2017 and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He currently continues his duties at Noisy Neighbor Creative Studios, which he founded.

Berfin Ataman

Member of the Board of Directors

She was born in 1990. After graduating from TASIS American School in Switzerland with a "Fine Art Honor" degree, she completed his undergraduate degree in Theater Design at the University of Southern California. In 2017, she received her post-baccalaureate degree from the School of Arts Institute Chicago. In 2020, she completed her master's degree in design media arts at UCLA. The works of Berfin Ataman, who continued her art and design studies, were exhibited in many international galleries and museums such as CICA Museum and AD Museum. In 2020, she was awarded the Design Award by the Los Angeles Museum of Architecture and Design.

She currently continues his career as a lecturer at UCLA. She has broad expertise in digital and physical fabrication, mechanical and interactive systems.

Efe Cun

General Manager

He was born in 1984. After graduating from Izmir Atatürk High School, he graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University. In 2008, he completed the MBA program at Ege University. After working in the audit department at Deloitte between 2008 and 2011, he worked in internal audit and financial control at İnci Holding between 2011 and 2014. He served as Financial Affairs Manager at İnci GS Yuasa between 2014-2017; Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager between 2017-2019 and Strategic Planning and Business Development Director between 2019-2023 at İnci Holding. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Yusen İnci Logistics between 2019 and 2023, and as an observer member of the Board of Directors at Rhombus Energy Solutions between 2020 and 2022.

He joined the PBA team in 2023 and serves as General Manager. In addition, he continues to serve as the executive director of the Board of Directors at İnci Family Office and a member of the Board of Directors of Mechanica.

İnci Şişmanoğlu

Financial Affairs Director

She was born in 1962. After graduating from Galatasaray High School, She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. Between 1986 and 2011, she worked at various levels of financial affairs departments in companies operating in the fields of marketing and industry, and took part in public offering and foreign partner share sales processes.

She joined the PBA team in 2012 and serves as Financial Affairs Director. She is a member of Istanbul Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors and Galatasaray Fans Association.

Ferat Conkar

Financial Affairs Manager

He was born in 1985. After graduating from Şehit Fethi Bey Trade Vocational High School, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Business Administration. He worked as a General Accounting Assistant at the Accounting Office between 2004 and 2010, as Accounting Officer at İnci Holding A.Ş between 2010 and 2016, and as Financial Affairs Manager at Aten Atık Yönetimi Enerji ve Taşımacılık A.Ş between 2016 and 2017.

He joined the PBA team in 2017 and serves as Financial Affairs Manager. He is a member of the Izmir Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors.
